ABOUT SCHOLARSHIP FRAUD

 

In recent days, it has been detected that messages have been sent from different channels using the name and logo of our association with the information that scholarships have been won; identity, bank and personal information has been requested.

These phone numbers are not related to our association.

We kindly ask you not to apply for a scholarship through phone messages, fake websites and various social media channels that aim to defraud with the promise of scholarship by using the name of our association and we kindly ask you not to rely on such attempts that are not related to our association. 

Our association reaches scholarship recipients only via info@fusunsayek.org e-mail address. 

We kindly ask you not to rely on those who request information such as money, bank account, code, etc. under the pretext that they will be given a scholarship by reaching through channels other than this, and we kindly ask you not to share any of your information.

We respectfully announce that we have initiated the legal process.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Academic Year 2025-2026

Scholarship Announcement for the 2024–2025 Academic Year

Applications for the Füsun Sayek Association Scholarship Program will open on Monday, September 15, 2025 and will close on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 18:00.

The list of successful scholarship recipients will be announced on our website on Friday, October 17, 2025.

Quota

For the 2024–2025 academic year, a total of 12 scholarships will be awarded to undergraduate students who reside in, or whose families reside in, the earthquake-affected regions and who have been directly impacted by the earthquake.

Scholarship Amount and Duration

Each scholarship amounts to 2,000 TL per month and will be awarded for a duration of 9 months.

Important note: If you are unable to fill out the form because you do not have a Google account, please create an account first and then complete the form.

Application Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.

  • Reside in one of the provinces affected by the earthquake, either personally or with their family, and have been directly impacted by the disaster.

  • Be enrolled in, or have earned the right to enroll in, a full-time undergraduate program in Turkey.

  • For new students: Provide official documentation showing university admission.

  • For continuing students: Have a minimum GPA of 70/100 or 2.75/4.00, and have earned the right to progress to the next academic year. (Continuing students must upload their official transcript.)

  • Demonstrate financial need.

  • Not receive financial support from another institution or organization (excluding KYK).

  • Have no criminal record.

  • Submit the application form accurately and completely, upload all required documents, and complete the process within the specified dates.

  • Provide at least one reference.

Scholarship Continuation

To maintain eligibility, recipients must:

  • Achieve a minimum annual GPA of 70/100 or 2.75/4.00. If the GPA falls below this level, the Board of Directors will re-evaluate the scholarship status.

  • Submit official documentation of their academic performance at the end of each academic year.

Application Procedure

  • Complete the Scholarship Application Form (on Google Forms) accurately and in full. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be deemed invalid.

  • Ensure you click the Submit button at the end of the form.

  • Upload all required documents in the “Required Documents” section before submission.

  • Please note: Applications are accepted only through this form. Applications sent via e-mail will not be considered.

  • All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
